As part of JITOA’s continuous efforts to build capacity, a dedicated session was held in collaboration with the Department of Antiquities to introduce and explain the New Electronic Ticketing System for archaeological sites.

Hosted at Centro Mada Amman by Rotana Hotel, the session brought together operations and financial officers from JITOA member tour operators, providing a valuable platform for direct dialogue with the Department. The presentation covered the system’s objectives, technical features, and financial procedures, while addressing practical challenges faced by operators and answering questions to ensure smooth implementation.

This initiative supports JITOA’s mission to:

- Keep members informed about sector developments

- Facilitate the adoption of modern operational systems

- Strengthen collaboration between the private sector and national authorities
