Under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Makram M. Queisi, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, the Jordan Inbound Tour Operators Association (JITOA) held its Annual Appreciation Reception 2022, marking 20 years of JITOA’s contributions to Jordan’s inbound tourism sector. The event was attended by distinguished guests, including H.E. Dr. Emad Hijazeen, Secretary General of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities; H.E. Eng. Abd Al Hakeem Al Hindi, Member of the Upper House of Parliament and Chair of the Tourism Committee; H.E. Dr. Suleiman Farajat, Chief Commissioner of the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority; and H.E. Dr. Fadi Bala’awi, Department of Antiquities of Jordan, alongside JITOA Chairman Ms. Ghada Al Najjar, members, and key tourism stakeholders.

Ms. Ghada Al Najjar delivered a welcoming speech, highlighting JITOA’s 20 years of achievements, the importance of collaboration within the tourism sector, and ongoing efforts to strengthen Jordan’s position as a premier destination for inbound tourism.

The reception celebrated the continued collaboration and contributions of JITOA members toward the growth of Jordan’s tourism sector.
