The Jordan Inbound Tour Operators Association (JITOA) successfully held the “Problem-Solving and Time Management” workshop on September 29 and 30, 2025, at the Abdali Boulevard Hotel.

Over two days, tourism professionals participated in interactive exercises, practical case studies, and hands-on strategies designed to enhance their problem-solving abilities, improve time management, and boost efficiency in the workplace. These skills are essential for driving performance and sustaining excellence within Jordan’s competitive tourism industry.

The workshop is part of JITOA’s broader commitment to empowering and equipping its members with essential soft skills, following earlier sessions on Communication Skills and Team Building.
