The Jordan Inbound Tour Operators Association (JITOA) successfully held its 22nd Annual Gathering on December 17th at the Amman Marriott Hotel, bringing together a distinguished group of stakeholders from across the tourism and public sectors.

Prior to the start of the event, JITOA members were given the opportunity to conduct a site inspection of the Amman Marriott Hotel, showcasing the recent renovations and upgrades completed by the hotel. The visit provided valuable insight into the hotel’s enhanced facilities and offerings, reflecting Marriott’s continued investment in elevating guest experience in Jordan.

The gathering was attended by ministers, senators, members of parliament, and a wide range of tourism sector experts, alongside representatives of hotels and inbound tour operators, highlighting the strong public–private partnership that supports Jordan’s tourism industry.

The evening officially opened with a welcome speech by Ms. Ghada Al Najjar, who warmly welcomed the guests and emphasized the importance of collaboration, dialogue, and joint efforts in strengthening Jordan’s position as a leading tourism destination. She also reaffirmed JITOA’s commitment to supporting inbound tour operators and promoting sustainable growth within the sector.

The event served as a valuable platform for networking, exchange of insights, and constructive discussions on the current tourism landscape, future opportunities, and shared challenges, all within an atmosphere of appreciation and partnership.
