The company was established as a public share holding company and registered at the Ministry of Trade And Industry under registration no. 260 on the 10th of November, 1994 with capital of 10 Million JD.
Alpha was registered as a trade mark for M/S Jordan Investment & Tourist Transport Co. under the registration no. 60430 on the 28th of June 1995.
The company was licensed to start operating on the 1st of November1995 with a fleet of more than 150 vehicles of different types and sizes with high standards, provided with a cluster of well qualified, capable and trained employees dedicated and motivated to grow incrementally and exponentially with the company.
Alpha is part of Tantash Group with investments in the Industrial, financial and service sectors.
The head quarter is located in Al-Doumaineh- Bayader Wadi Al-Seer on more than 15000 square meters of land. In addition to Amman, Alpha has two hubs to run its operations from. The first hub is in Aqaba in the south of Jordan on a 7250 square meters of land. And the second is in the rose red city of Petra on a 9500 square meters of land.
