With the support of the GIZ Employment Oriented MSME Project, and with more than 50 tourism professionals in attendance, representing tour operators and hoteliers, we were able to deliver a very dynamic workshop under the theme of “MAKING SUSTAINABILITY WORK FOR YOU – SUSTAINABILITY & DIGITAL PRACTICES FOR TRAVEL, TOURISM & HOSPITALITY”.
The aim of this workshop was to equip tourism businesses with the knowledge to assess and upgrade the efficiency of their online tools, in addition to providing them with an overview of sustainable tourism and emerging tourism trends in sustainability.
